Edge
- Click the More actions button in the top right corner, and then click Settings.
- Under Advanced settings, click View advanced settings.
- Under Cookies, select an option that allows cookies.
- Return to the sign in page.
To enable Cookies with Firefox
- Click Tools, then click on Options. Depending on your operating system, you may need to press the alt-key to bring up the Firefox menu.
- Select the Privacy icon.
- Check "Accept cookies from sites."
- Return to the sign in page.
